I understand, agree, consent and make oath that: 1. All information entered on this application is the truth. 2. This application may not be considered unless all questions are answered. 3. A security deposit of half a month's rent will be paid (via e-transfer) to the landlord/agent when this application is approved. 4. The security deposit is not to be applied as rent at any time without landlord's written approval. 5. The security deposit is held firstly to insure that I will take occupancy. 6.
